All of us went through ups and downs throughout the year of 2008. I mean nothing is perfect,right? We do want things to go perfectly(who don't?),but we can't have everything we want it in our way,right again,right? But but dont forget that we learnt a lesson from every downs that we went through. So let's just bygone be bygones :) What is the point you remembering all the bitter past? Let's just only keep the sweet ones in our memory box.

Can someone just ~~kill~~ me? i freaking forgot my msn's password! Credits to myself. Since it's holiday and i have no other work better to do,i decided to change my password. Then when i wanted to sign in to my msn. Just now.I realised that I forgot my damn password. I tried the 'forgot your password?' and I guess it didn't helped much.
They said they will send me email about some instructions and stuff. Like,how on earth am I suppose to read the email if I don't have my password to sign in to hotmail? Lifeless.
So,i tried another option,which I have to tell them where I'm living and some shits and one secret question. Credits to myself again. I don't know what was the secret answer i chose for the secret question. I forgot actually. ~~I'm starting to suspect myself having Alzhemeir~~

Understanding your poop :)

Poop is a fairly disgusting topic to discuss. It seems that we have no problems talking about the color and consistency of baby poop, but when it comes to our own poop, the topic is forbidden. Poop is a byproduct of anything and everything we put into our body. It is also a barometer for our health. A lot about a person's health can be said about the type of poop he/she exhumes. The color of your poop can say a lot about you and your health condition.
There are various types of poop colors that can be harmless, or alarming.

Brown is the typical color that appears in the toilet when someone poops. The color is naturally produced by a variety of factors. First of all, there is a pigment called bilirubin(idk what's this suppose to mean) that is formed when the red blood cells in the liver and bone marrow break down. When the bilirubin ends up in the intestines, bacteria begins to form and eat. This is turns the poop brown. Another reason for the brown poop color is the iron found in the red blood cells. Brown poop is completely normal and should be no cause for concern.

Tarry black poop is reason for concern. Although an excess of iron in a diet can cause poop to appear black, the tarry quality is caused by something else entirely. Tarry black poop can mean there is a bleeding ulcer or bleeding in the intestines. If you see this type of poop in the toilet, contact a physician as soon as possible.

Yellow poop can have two causes. One is harmless while the other is serious. The harmless cause of yellow poop is something called Gilber's Syndrome. As stated earlier, brown poop gets it's color from the breakdown of red blood cells. Someone with Gilbert's Syndrome doesn't break down as many red blood cells when they process food. This is a harmless condition that is normally found in teenage males. The more serious cause for yellow poop is a Giardia infection. This is called by tiny parasites in the intestines that cause yellow diarrhea. This disease is extremely contagious and dangerous.

Wonder where these funny noises are coming from?
The part to blame is your diaphragm (say: die-uh-fram). This is a dome-shaped muscle at the bottom of your chest, and all hiccups start here.
The diaphragm almost always works perfectly. When you inhale, it pulls down to help pull air into the lungs.
When you exhale, it pushes up to help push air out of the lungs. But sometimes the diaphragm becomes irritated. When this happens, it pulls down in a jerky way, which makes you suck air into your throat suddenly.
When the air rushing in hits your voice box, you're left with a big hiccup.
Some things that irritate the diaphragm are eating too quickly or too much, an irritation in the stomach or the throat, or feeling nervous or excited.
Almost all cases of the hiccups last only a few minutes.
Some cases of the hiccups can last for days or weeks, but this is very unusual, and it's usually a sign of another medical problem.
You've probably heard lots of suggestions for how to get rid of hiccups, and maybe you've even tried a few.
Holding your breath and counting to 10 is one way some people can get rid of their hiccups. Other people say that drinking from the "wrong" side of a glass of water is the way to become hiccup-free.
Putting sugar under your tongue might work, too. And maybe the most famous treatment - having someone jump out and scare you when you're not expecting it.

alrighty, today's the japanese cultural day in skewl and it was like . . oh my gawd, it was so terribly tiring . and of course . some of us wouldn't know that cuz SOME OF US weren't there ! ohkay, i'll just let the person find out for herself when she actually signs in to update the blog ;D

as how uhm, BM teachers say 'siapa yang makan cili dialah yang terasa pedas' . hahahs . at least, that's how i think the saying goes . . (wonders) Putting that aside, if only SOME OF US were there it would've been much muucchhh better though . And and, please don't take this in the wrong way(to the 'some of us' who weren't present), i meant it jokingly . missed you cuz you weren't there on Saturday (;

Saturday,24th may..we went to bukit merah aka red hill :) there were 40 something of us,and we went there by bus. one damn bus sekolah..nono i didnt mean to say that,i'm glad that we dont have to walk there :) but whyyy did we go buy bus sekolah? okay,nvm forget about it.

the very first place when we was kellie's castle,which they say it is ~~haunted~~

and the castle is like sooo high. so we went all the way up and from up i looked down. i tell you,it is sooo scary,there is one teh tarik river when you look down.so it is like as if you're dropping into the river and get free teh tarik. because i dont want to drink teh tarik so i didnt fall,if not ~~i sure jump down and commit suicide.and my soul will lay there and haunt all of you the next time you all visit the castle~~

after that we went for our lunch and ate chicken rice.thanks to serene.and i got to know something,kim eats slow! sorry kim :)

sam poh tong was our second destination,before we went it,we bought kangkung to fed the turtles in there.damn the turtles man. i was so generous to feed them,but they didnt eat a single leaf of my kangkung! damn you turtles! if i know this will happen,i will bring the kangkung home and cook it,eat it,digest it,shit it out! it is way better than feeding them! ishhhhhhhh!

then,we headed to night safari..a cow greeted us. moooooooo~~

there were lotsa animals there. i saw something too,hahaha. i saw lions having copulation (scientific term) LOL

ntg much to say about night safari..all i can say is animals everywhere! i mean,what else you can in night safari other than animals?

finally,after visiting here and there,we went to our hotel. a better word for motel :)

guess what time i slept? 6am! SIX IN THE MORNING! when we actually prepared to sleep at 12 something,i think.

and then woke up at 7 something. had breakfast,checked out and headed to Bukit Merah,Lakehouse,Waterpark.

it was the best part of all!we slided,screamed,falled,swimed like nobody's business! :D

Next time you’re around a bunch of people, let out a really big yawn and watch to see how many people yawn in response! This phenomenon has always intrigued me so I decided to do a little research on the subject.
Is yawning contagious?
Here’s what I found…
Most people will yawn when reading this article!
Not only is yawning contagious when witnessed, but even reading or thinking about it will most likely make us yawn. Statistics show that 50% of people will yawn when reading about it, or when seeing someone else’s yawn.Yawning also seems to be an involuntary action. Researches have deemed yawning involuntary due to the fact that babies as young as 11 weeks old, are already yawning in the womb!

The dictionary tells us that yawning is caused by being fatigued, drowsy, or bored; however, scientists are discovering there is much more to yawning than originally believed. Currently there are three theories dealing with why we yawn. They are as follows:
The Boredom Theory - The dictionary tells us we yawn due to fatigue, drowsiness, or boredom. However, why do Olympic athletes typically yawn right before competitions?

The Evolution Theory - Ummm…yeah. Just about as believable as “The Big Bang Theory”, some believe that yawning was originally used by “our ancestors” to show their teeth and intimidate others. =.='

The Physiological Theory - This stands to be the most believable theory to me, stating that yawning is induced by our bodies to get more oxygen in, and get more carbon dioxide out. However, why don’t we yawn while exercising? Research has also shown that giving people oxygen does not reduce the frequency of their yawns.

Basically after all my research I’m still at a loss for why yawning seems to be contagious; and don’t forget that animals yawn too!

A soldier at the Pentagon got out of the shower, and realized that his clothes were missing. While searching around for them, he accidentally locked himself out of the locker room, and he found himself completely naked in the halls of the world's most powerful military organization HQ. But, luckily, no one was around to see him.

So, he ran as fast as he could to the elevator. When it arrived, it was empty. He breathed a sigh of relief and got in. When the doors opened on his floor, there was no one waiting outside. "This must be my lucky day," he said to himself. He was now only a few yards from his office.

Suddenly, he heard footsteps coming from around the corner. He heard the General''s voice. There was no way he'd make it to his door in time, so he ducked into the closest office available, and found himself in the laboratory for Research & Development. The Head Scientist looked up from one of her experiments with puzzled interest.

The soldier thought quickly, stood up straight and saluted.

"I am here to report the partial success of the Personal Invisibility Device," he said.

This strange noise and vibrating sensation that came from your butt is most likely caused by a fart.

A fart is a combination of gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, methane, and hydrogen sulfide) that travels from a person's stomach to their anus. When a person swallows too much air or eats foods that the human digestive system cannot digest easily gas becomes trapped in his/her stomach. The only way for this excess gas to exit the body is through the anus.

The gas that makes your farts stink is the hydrogen sulfide gas. This gas contains sulfur which causes farts to have a smelly odor. The more sulfur rich your diet, the more your farts will stink. Some foods that cause really smelly farts include: beans, cabbage, cheese, soda, and eggs.

A scientific name for a fart is flatus or flatulence.

The word fart is just one of many different terms used to describe the release of gasses from the human body. Other popular names for farts or farting include: gassers, stinkers, air biscuits, bombers, barking spiders, rotten eggs, and wet ones. You can pass gas, break wind, blast, beef, poof, rip one, let one fly, step on a duck, and cut the cheese.

Farts can be stinky, wet, loud, or silent but deadly. Pee-eeew!!!

they do have their own good qualities. why wanna look at their bad sides when they have bright sides. they do have rights to choose what they wanna do. is their life,their future. they still can afford to have a good future even if they have the bad sides,they can rely on the qualities they have. is not like the world is going to end if they have bad behaviour. they can change to a better person.if that is the only thing that can make you think that they arent rotten apples.
they can always change into a better person.but not by caning,scolding them. you think that by caning,scolding them will change them,because they'll feel the pain and realise that they are wrong and will not repeat the same thing again. let me just tell you that,you're so wrong. there is always a solution. if you wanna teach them a lesson,you can always send them to counselling,spend more time with them,give them advice etc etc. they too are human. you tell me,which human on earth likes to be treated badly,like as if they are abused or something.
when they feel like as if they're been abused. they will think that no one loves them anymore,no one cares for them anymore. what will they do? they would probably get involve with the gangsters,druggies,shoplifters more and more. and are you happy with that?
when they got influenced by all the bad stuff. who to blame?
and that is the time you start to realise that,all this happened because of you yourself for being to harsh on them. you'll start apologising and everything. and start to love and care for them again.you start to realise that they arent that rotten like you think they are. they do have good qualities that can make you be proud of them. can i just say that it is already too late? they are so far away from you. far far away.
everything they do are always trash to you. no matter how much they put their efforts on something.you'll end up scolding and yelling at them. how unfair? is not like they make you frustrated all the time. they did do something to make you happy.but that is just a waste of their time. you didnt appreciate what they did for you.
they wanted your attention so badly untill they're willing to do a crime! but what did they get? scoldings and caning again!

yesterday at 5.15pm. i left to fetch one of my friend then headed to another friend's hse to fetch another 2 fellas. so there were 6 of us in a wira.just wira u know. my parents sat in front,of course. and then four of us sat behind. all of us were in a can of sardine for goodness sake! my parents fetched us to the other friend's hse,so tht the the other friend's mum can fetch us to our destination which is in kl to watch some type of buddhist or buddha or buddhism concert. dunno lah! but i know it is a concert. at least i know sumting k.

of course 1 car cant fit all of us in. so there were 2 cars to fetch us go. (10 of us)
again,we were in a can of sardine. but it was fun! seriously! we winded down the windows. ( is there such word as winded?) from klang all the way to kl,we were laughing non-stop! hahahaha! jokes jokes jokes jokes and jokes!
finally we reached there. the moment we came down from the car,the first sentence tht came out from our mouth is "Ahhhh,i feel better now. but my leg is numb!" LOL. seriously. every single person!
after tht,we went to the hall. not long after tht,the concert start. all of us shouted,clapped,swinged our hand and blah blah blahhh,like usually wht you do in concert lah! after the concert is done. we went and take pictures and then go makan. on the way to makan,guess wht happened? i aint sure wht happened tho. but i know everyone was HIGH tht moment! we were greeting ppl out there " yo yo what's up man?" ppl on their motorcycle looked at us,the reaction they gave us were freaking funny! is like as if they saw some sorta ppl tht just came out from the jungle! SUAH KU! hahaha! then there was this guy,who fetched us to kl,he said, "eh you all better stop shouting now,am afraid if you continue shouting like this and catch the attention of the motorcyclist they'll lose their attention on driving on go long piak!" tht moment,we burst out laughing like hell! even ppl in the car can hear us,i think because they were looking at us like one kind! LOL
it was 12 when we were planning to go makan.
so we reached the makan place at i-dunno-wht-time am. =DD
after we makan. it was about 1 something.

oh yeah,one more part tht we laughed our ass of is when all of us opened the car door one by one! lol. i forgotten when it happened. one of us,started if first. he tried to open a door,and he did it,suprisingly! because tht particular door cant open normally. then when he opened the door,all of us was like " can open edi arh? how come?" "my shen shou(magic hand) wert" =.='. then someone said " tht door can open alreaady lerr..means our door cant open lah now" then everyone start to open their door one by one! hahahhaha! the guy tht told us to stop shouting just now,remember? he said " fetching you guys really make me headache man,insane ppl!" then we laughed,again =))

yesterday,which is wed. i went tuition. we were asked to finish the panas salju novel the week before and we'll be ask to tell the sinopsis in front of the class this week,which is yesterday. and once i reach,i sat down in my place wif some of my friends and rested for a while after climbing 5 floors up (am still not used to it although i have been climbing it for few months,or maybe because am FAT?) omg omg omg! am FAT FAT FAT! shit! ah.i dont give a damn! haha back to the topic.
so when the class started,pn.asiah asked to guys to tell the starting of the sinopsis of panas salju,there were 3 'lucky' guys asked to tell the story.
and finally...
it's girls turn to tell the stories which is us,me!!!! so she called two girls out,they said it pretty well,lil' mistakes laa..but still better than...'well-you know-who'
and finally my nightmare arrive!

all i can say is today was blast-er than the splashing day! i mean today nearly the whole class were involved!

once we had reached,we makan first or course. after makan we start to camwhore,shout,talk,play,exchange prezzie,run and that's the time all of us got HIGH! hahaha! and there was a couple over there,me and xinrui, was saying they sure can pak toh properly wif the presence of us making soooooooo much noise. hahahha! well,sorry yah couple! we just cant help it! didnt mean to disturb u guys honeymoon-ing u noe.harap dimaafkan =) i think i can hear them telling me tht we were forgiven. shhhh..lemme hear it properly..hahha

GUESS WHATTTT??? we played water today in the class and our class was in a BIG MESS before we left! hahah all over the class was like full wif water,i consider it as a small flood created by US! hahaha! even the tcher's table was wet! thnks to natasha! =DDD
actually we weren't tht HIGH,at first we were just sitting down talking to friends,laughing,joking,camwhoring,and those stuff we normally do! SUDDENLY SUDDENLY SUDDENLY,someone splashed water in the class and the whole class start to splash water here and there edi. nearly everyone is my class had a bottle wif them tht time,once u splash someone,they sure splash you back 2 kali ganda,thtz wht happened to me and natasha,lolx! my whole body was wet the second time i kena splash,all of them using those bottle wif tupperware brand lah! u know laaa,tupperware's bottle got BIG BIG hole wan,once kena,half body wet,second time kena whole body wet. and if kena lotsa lotsa lotsa time i guess will kena hipotermia edi! lolx! the water was kinda cold too. if this month's water bill becomes very expensive,i gotta say is our bad,unfortunately.but who cares right? school is gonna end edi,and and,next yr all the 2K's student will not be in the same class anymore,how sad! sobx sobx.
anyway,today was a BLAST! everyone had fun! splashing water here and there! and i believe all our under garments were wet! i bet man! hahahah! and tml we'll be having class party in KFC!(the wan near the store,opposite pizza hut,jalan taiping if i'm not mistaken) anyone who wants to join us,you're so welcome =)

hahahah! the others didnt join us because they were playing uno cards in class,kononnya lah!
yeechiing and i was waiting for mr.ong outside the staff room since we arent allowed to go in,and we saw something really really really hilarious! we were observing the surrounding while waiting for mr.ong since he said wanna give us something to do because we were boring and asked him whether got things to do anot and so we waited for him.
while waiting we looked around like i said it few minutes ago and we saw en.yarha! hahaha he is the watak utama of this post,because of him i put the title as 'm' shape! lolx.

he asked us to help him,and we did.wht to do we are too kind to not help him.hahhaa
but actually thnks to him also lah,he helped us to cure our boredom! =DD

after finish being kind girls to mr.ong we went back to class,and i saw mr.choo so i went and talked to him together wif some others 2K's penceroboh! hahha! 2D,they ceroboh to our class dei!

heh hiom...

needless to say,days after exam are soooooooo soooooooooo soooooooo boring! haihz..

some of the tcher ain't teaching anymore because ntg to teach except for the cover of the book,they didnt teach the cover of the book yet =DD

althought it's boring larh not studying(i don't mean studying is interesting k,i mean studying is interesting lah,but it isn't nteresting) haha dont wanan hurt the tchers feeling so studying is notinterestinginteresting. it's one word,long isnt it? it's copyrighted! today i and yee chiing walked to sukses,dedikasi and then to primary school and guess wht we saw?? AN INDIAN GIRL SITTING ALONE IN THE CLASS! no big deal. so both of us decided to play her lolx.

we say hello in a creepy way,but she didnt hear us! danggggg! she was busy looking at the scenery of primary school. so,we continued saying hello in a creepy way,and she heard us for like the third time! both of us quickly bend down so that she didnt see us. and we ran all the way to secondary school,again,back to our class! and then about few minutes later,we walked back to primary school again,we saw her scribbleing the blackboard and of course we,as the sisters, asked her not to scribble the blackboard in a creepy way also! (we did our job as elder sister by asking her not to scribble the blackboard,kind arent we? we also helped the tcher to save their chalk) and we ran all the way to secondary again. and it's recess time,finally! after suffering from boredom for few hours! during recess i told keilih about wht me and yeechiing did

me:we went all the way to primary and played a girl by saying hello and warn her not to scribble the blackboard in a creepy way! hahahha

latest news!!! I AM GOING TO SINGAPORE to visit my biggie brother!!!after so longggggg not meeting him,of course i wanna meet him! like durh. i am so gonna ask him to buy me something!! hahaha! i'm leaving tml at 6am,in the morning unfortunately. any wil be reaching in 3-4 hours time by car. am gonna die of boredom! ishhh! i guess i will try my best not to sleep tonight,so tht tml i can sleep in the whole journey going to s'pore. after reaching there,the first thing i will do is hunt for my bro and ask him bring me go jalan-jalan,since i havent been there for quite sometime. ask him belanja besar! ARTISTIC isnt it? ahahaha! cant blame it,we're born to have this sorta talent! we actually took 1 1/2 hour to finish this u noe! and it's fun doing it,by colouring ur hand! =DD.

for the first time,in my life,libing in this world for 14 yrs! i fell for art,hard to believe it,seriously! unfortunately,i just like art for tht only 1 1/2 hour. too bad.

the pink,light blue, orange, is keilih's hand print!

whereas,mine is dark blue, green, yellow,brown!

xinrui wasnt involve because she's more to those not-so- playful type,so she just stand by our side joining the fun! at least she did something also lah! buakaka! without her laughing there maybe the result of this piece of art wouldnt be like this.

and without yeechiing helping us to colour our hand,maybe this art will take 3 hours to finish! hahha!

this piece of art may not need 1 1/2 hour to finish, it may only need about 45 min or 30 minutes. but whatz the point if u finish it in so lil' time by doing it urself? ppl normally say,doing things by urself is more independence,yea it is! but sometimes do it wif your friends,and have fun! thtz the reason why friends come into our lifes. without friends,life is nothing. so,spend more time wif your friends,i dont mean you spend all your time wif your friends.and not even a minute wif ur family. make it balance. =)

friendship is important. appreciate it like how you appreciate family. never betray your friends neither neglect them.how would you feel if someone neglects you? awful isnt it? so if you dont wan ppl to neglect you,dont neglect ppl then!

sometimes in a friendship,you might find something is not going the right way,you can just tell your friends,face to face,rather than you talk bad of them at their back. talking bad of someone is not a gd thing,although i does do it,sometimes. =) who dont enjoy gossip,right? hahaha! but if possible,just tell them face to face,it'll be better. who knows,everything changes after you tell them face to face, your friendship becomes better. never try,never knows.

danggggg! wht a day for me! damnit shitty! i tore my maths tcher's grid paper. is not exactly grid paper exactly actually,is those BIG BIG grid paper where tchers use to teach us coordinates. tht kind. feel damnit bad+guilty! heh hiom.. it all begins when i was about to go out to wash my brush. actually,i was avoiding from keilih frm kena her brush,we were playing wif brush,like small kid =DD and when i was rushing out towards the pipe, my leg tersangkut at the grid paper,i nearly fell,and the paper starts to tear. i straightaway get pas keluar to hunt for mr.choo,he was in the bilik guru.

=DDas usual..every friday after recess, we'll have seni class..although am not tht gd in art neither i have inetrest in it! i just like the tcher, cik hafizah. to be frank, she's kinda nice tcher, but if u make her angry by not bringing her book or stuff liddat, i gotta say u're dead meat =) so today there was a man came over to check on her since she's still a guru pelatih. she was teaching like normal,well, a bit different of course..she was so nervous man! hahaha!! can see from her expression. since everyone in my class knows tht someone is checking on her today, we co-operate wif her, normally we dont! we make lotsa lotsa noise! wht i mean by lotsa lotsa noise,which means seriously LOTSA LOTSA noise! =DD
so the assignment she gave today was a ball! we're suppose to make out a ball, buy 18 big circles,8small circles! nonit to say we are a group! and guess wht? we can say is the first group which finished the ball!
